Processors and recipients
Base44, Inc. (part of the Wix.com group; c/o Wix.com Inc., 520 W 20th Street, New York, NY 10011, USA; compliance@base44.com): hosting, database, backend functions, e-mail delivery and sign-in. The service is delivered through the Cloudflare content delivery network.
Rackhost Informatikai Zrt. (6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos krt. 41., Hungary): domain, e-mail and hosting services.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Transfers outside the EEA
Base44 and the Wix.com group may process data in the United States and Israel. Israel is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision; transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (GDPR Art. 46).
Security
The sites are available only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Only authorised editors can access personal data, and passwords are stored in encrypted form.
Your rights
You may request access to your data (GDPR Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18) and portability (Art. 20), and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We reply within one month.

You may also go to court; proceedings may be brought before the regional court of your place of residence or stay.
Children
For processing based on consent, persons under 16 may give consent only with the consent of the holder of parental responsibility.
